We’ve all had them: bosses and managers who make our work lives terrible and couldn’t manage a stack of paper clips, let alone a team of employees. I’ve written about the traits that make for bad bosses before, and in that article, a thoughtful commenter came up with his own list of what makes a good boss。

1. The official one

3. The earworm
This is helpfully set to the tune of If You’re Happy and You Know It, which helps with trying to encourage students to remember each instruction – and therefore upping the chances of your class actually remembering to wash thoroughly next time they’re doing so unsupervised.
The attitude of the founder will set the tone for the business. Negativity, laziness and entitlement waste time and money while they tarnish your reputation. Success largely depends on making mistakes and accepting blame in stride. Owning up to and facing challenges head-on is what makes a mere business owner a leader.
This year's juries were chaired by AFI board of trustees vice chairs Tom Pollock (for film) and Richard Frank (for TV). Other jury members included Judd Apatow, Halle Berry, Jamie Lee Curtis, Leonard Maltin, authors and scholars representing prestigious universities with recognized motion picture arts and TV programs and film and TV critics from media outlets like NPR, Rolling Stone, TV Guide and The Washington Post.
4. The Wiggles' handwashing song
The TV version premiered on Jan 30 and starred two popular actresses, Yang Mi and Dilraba. It is about a fairy’s romance with a god in their three different lives.
5. The teacher-created one
Apparently created by a Chinese teacher, this has a lot of viral potential and is great for getting the actions right.
It plans to help at least 130,000 rural people cast off poverty and relocate 163,000 residents in 2017.
